Harry Lewis Creasy was born 10 May 1891 in Ohio. He was the son of Philip M. Creasy and Mary E. Wasem. He was the grandson of Christian Gruissy. Some of the descendants of the Gruissy family changed their name to Creasy.
Harry served in World War I. He married Mabel. They had one daughter, Norma, b. c. 1927. Harry died 21 June 1950.
